The apartment community looks great on the outside but it is very cheaply put together and maintained. The rooms are tricky to layout and there is really only one way to put your furniture. If you have dark wood of any kind in your apartment, it will look even smaller than it actually is, and for the price I would hold out for something more livable. The kitchen may seem big but once you get your stuff in there it is a nightmare. The spiders and bugs are horrible because it is on the creek and they do not clean the outside of the buildings so there is a lot of bug residue all over. There were two really nice girls in the office but only one is left, I hope you get her, otherwise watch out for the managers!!! Maintenance is good!!
