Very Noisy Apartmens

The apartments are extremely noisy especially if you live on the second floor. Most are college students and stay up till 3 am. They are poorly built and the floors creek so much that it sounds as if the ceiling is going to collapse ever time the upper tenets walk. Worst apartment experience ever!!! Would never move back.
