I lived at Creekside for 13 months and would have had no second thoughts about staying longer if not for a job situation forcing a move to Hillsboro. I found Creekside to be a great place to live and a good value. While there was an occasional night where the neighbor was noisy (which is inherent to every apartment unless you live in a retirement home), I didn't lose any sleep over it...literally. In fact, the noisiest part of living there were the frogs at night, which I found quite appealing. The location is definitely convenient and is within walking distance of Valley River Center and close to a variety of grocery stores as well as an excellent bagel shop right across the street. I found the office staff to be very friendly and helpful. No high pressure pitch to move in when I first viewed the apartments and absolutely no complaints about the move out procedure. If you plan to move to the area, Creekside is definitely worth a look. Don't be influenced by the low rating. People only seem to write reviews when they have a complaint and it's true what they say - you can't please everyone. Check it out and make up your own mind.

This sounds fake. Its true, most people just report problems, but if you compare this apt rating with other similar apartments in the area, it is near the bottom. By the same scale, other apartments do better. I am biased though because they charged us $2,000 to replace the carpet when our upstairs neighbors washer flooded our apartment. It was a big mess, they lied to us, cordinated a false quote from the carpet people etc. Very sketchy people here!

This does sound fake. Notice almost all bad reviews got negative responses?
