I would live here again!

I had to relocate from California to Oregon in two weeks time. Luckily Creekside had a unit available. With the help from Serena (from the office), the transition was smooth and easy. I was in a 2nd floor unit and it was peaceful as it could get. Parking can get overcrowded but I had a reserved spot which solved that issue.
But overall, the Neighbors were friendly, the grounds were well manicured and maintained, the location is great with it being minutes from the highways, the Valley River Mall, the Willamette River (great for walks/jogs/or bike rides) plus with a gas station/convenient store, Quiznos, and Los Dos Amigos across the street, you have a lot of amenities right outside your door.
These online ratings don't truly reflect the apartment's or staff's credentials because when people write, they only write to reflect their bad experiences. It's like watching the news, all you hear is all the bad stuff. The noise level is part of the standards of apartment living - if you don't want any, then get a unit on the TOP FLOOR. If you have maintenance issues, then get it in writing. Sometimes when there is a problem, it usually stems from the TENANT and not the Staff but it is the responsbility of both parties to clear up any issues. If you expect 5-star customer service, then you need to check into a Ritz Carlton Hotel! Living in an apartment is a business contract. My advice: Deal and resolve any issues quickly, get things in writing, and build your relations with the office people. This will make your apartment living experiences much more pleasant.
I can't thank Brenda and Serena enough for the smooth transitions from moving in to moving out. Stay POSITIVE! Cheers!

What a joke for a review. Your either a advertisement for Creekside or have been put up by the management to post. Either way, you are hardly impartial. Why would you write a rebuttal to a previous post so fast if you have already moved out. All I can say, look at all of the previous post in totality and ask yourself, "With all these negative posts, do I really want to sign a 6 month lease?"!!!

I agree with you, this review seems fake. I had a terrible experience there, I would never recommend anyone live there. There are much better choices.
