noisy neighbors, horrible parking and worst staff

I lived there for 1 year.
First, my neighbors are bad. My unit is in the 2nd floor. My upstair neighbors turned on the heavy metal music until 3:00 or 4:00am. He throw sigaret butts into my balcony on purpose. My downstairs are loud too.
Second, parking. It is horrible. My parking space was reserved but not covered. Many times other cars parked in my parking spot. I could not tow them without the apartment manager's permition. I could not reach them after 6:00 PM. Also my car got scratched. I suspect someone who parked in the next to my parking spot. I asked manager to contact to them. But manager never let me know the unit.
Third, the charge are too much. After I moved out, they charge me $1623.50 for a new carpet installation and a pet fine. My dog stayed there only 20 days.
Over all, I hate the managements.

The carpet thing seems to be a scam. I have seen several people complain about it! stay away from creekside village!!

The carpet thing isn't a scam. Don't ---- up your carpet. It's as simple as that. Wipe your feet. Sweep your floor. Vacuum your floor. Don't have pets that aren't approved. Boom. No fees.
