I have lived here for a while and don't mind it at all. You will hear some noise such as door slams and phones ringing but I think that the walls are fairly thick. The grounds are very well kept and all units house a washer and dryer which is great. The office staff is helpful and the office is clean and organized.

The only annoying thing is if you live on either the 2nd or third floor you will hear the bathroom fan run and it is loud! The floor also vibrates when the fan is running.

The walls can be easily damaged so be careful, but the units are all new and look nice. The units are all very light thanks to large windows and you get either a deck or a patio. There is also a small play structure and basketball court outside.

Parking is usually good, although sometimes people tend to take up the reserved spots, but contacting the office about this helps a great deal.

These are nice units and I have gotten several comments from people who have seen them up close and personal! : )
