We lived in another complex in west Eugene managed by the same company, and we are so glad we moved here.
The office staff is friendly and know what they're doing (Although we do miss Terry greatly!) And they are interested in keeping the tenents happy. The grounds are kept professionally landscaped. The parking is *ok*, we could use more unmarked spots. And we Love the HUGE bathrooms.
When we first moved in, we had no problems with noise (we live on a second floor) but recently someone new moved in under us who liked to play loud music well into the night. One call to the manager and we haven't had trouble since.
The only complaint I might have is the cost to own cats. On top of separate pet deposits, you have to pay "pet rent" ($10 per pet, per month, two cats maximum) Way too much for two little cats! =(
