Cresent park is good apartment in the area. I have lived there for 2 years and referred two families to the apartment management. But my experience of moving out was pretty bad. I was charged $20 for abandoned items in the apartment( hairpin,pencil and a door knob). I looked very silly for some one to charge $20 for the items which fill fit into the pocket.

I was also charged $100 for each door. A small pen mark was found on the door , instead of cleaning it they have replaced the entire doors. I was helpless as I moved to California. Other wise I would have cleaned the door.

I got my referral after six months and after reminding twice.

Beware of late rental payment. It is $75 which is riduculosly high for delaying even a single day.

A huge disadvantage for Crescent park is it has no swimming pool and no tennis courts.
Not many parking spots available.

Last but not least , I like the guy who come to do repairs inside apartment( plumbing, sink etc). He is gentleman.

Waiting six months for a review after reminding them twice...It all comes back to lazy managers. Maintenance (Ron) seems to be a first class employee and a true asset. If I could only say the same about the managers.
