The apartments are pretty good, except for the loud refrigerator, fan above the washer and driver suddenly turning on, very loud. When people use the water above your apartment, sounds like you have a waterfall above you. And, if you live next to the basketball court/play yard, good luck, the noise echos, if you can tune this out, great. If you like quiet, good luck. Management says they calm down during the winter, lol, if the rain breaks for a minute, kids are out in the basketball area. Complain about kids playing in the walk way, good luck, its okay by they're standards (management). Very corporate run. Dont like your apartment, full deposit for a new apartment, 175 fee and you loose the 150 dollar fee, wow in my book. Dont like the place, 500 fee, no base on discount or time left in lease, very corporate, the rich get richer.
