Apartments themselves are nice, good layout and spacious, however if you have any trouble with your neighbors you are definitely on your own. The managers wont do anything, my neighbors are beyond loud during quiet hours and the managers even came over and heard it and said "my god, you can't live like this." Did they do anything' No! It has been a completely miserable experience, so bad I need to stay at friend's homes if I need to sleep or work at home because I cannot do it in my own apartment. WAY too much money for not being able to sleep, study or relax here. I cannot wait to move. Really disappointed the management wasn't more helpful, pretty place and apartment, but they're too corporate to actually care about their tenants.

I understand the noise issue that your stated..as the manager explained to me there are differences between standard living noises and excessive noises. There may be some sort of good reason that management has not done anything. It seems like they have listened to your concerns and have actually listened to the noises you have complained about. I actually live at Crescent Park and I myself have had some noise issues. I transferred into a new unit and have been very happy ever since. Once I transferred I realized that the people above me before and the people above me now are completely different.

The fact that you had to move to get relief is totally unacceptable. You will have new neighbors at some point in your new apartment. I guess you will be willing to move to another unit again if those new neighbors are loud as well...Instead of being a fool, why not take the issue to the city through tenant landlord mediation. There is no cost and you will get those lazy managers off their asses...then again if you lack self esteem and are intimidated easily then you should keep moving around...a coward dies a thousand deaths.
