First off...the grounds are very well kept and the maintanance guys are super nice. Other than that not much going. Too expensive for the size of apartment. I have come to the conclusion that who ever designs apartment complexes should NOT put a basket ball court right by apartments. Super annoying. The worst...the walls are thin and the neighbors are very disrespectful. The stairwells are not built too well and you can hear EVERYONE going up and down them...through the entire apartment. It especially doesn't help when people run up and down them or stomp down the stairs. Over all, just not worth living here for the price and noise.
