By law the tenant landlord relationship is disfunctional. There is no system in place that stops an apartment manager from being rude and lazy...AND THEY KNOW IT! You show me an apartment manager that says they care about the tenants...I'll show you a liar everytime. Apartment managers are not compensated well and many of them are usually unwed mothers with little or no moral compass. You are not a person to them...You are a pain in the ass! They will give you some exotic excuse to do nothing rather than get off their ass and do something. If you ever felt even for a second that your apartment manager was being lazy or rude but you really weren't sure...TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS, THEY WERE! If you think moving out will fix the problem...You better wake up Dorothy, Auntie Em is calling you. They will take your deposit and have new tenants to take your place in a few weeks. Oh yeah, and the new place you move to...They will pull the same game on you too. The game is totally rigged in their favor. It's like Charlie Brown trying to kick a football...with Lucy pulling it away at the last second. Rumor has it Lucy is an unwed mother...

This has to be the dumbest, most pointless, review I have ever seen on Apt ratings! This person is always going to be a burden to society! We will all loose as many brian cell as a hit off a crack pipe for reading this review! It is Unfortunate that our tax dollars will probably get spent on trying to help stupid people like this one!! God help us all!!

At least it's a reminder to not take anyone at their word-- and frankly, although a bit callous, the statistics are there. Most apartment managers in America (by statistic, not regionally, but overall) are single and/or divorced women from what I gleaned from two National employment reports. The rest of the review's hyperbole is emotion, and funny if you like gallows humor (which I usually do), and emotion are what reviews are about. One last thing-- managers and owners: stop leaving reviews for yourself, or leaving responses to legitimate reviews you didn't like. We can tell when you are doing it.
