Crescent Park by far is the best apartment complex I have lived in. I love the managers, they are exceptionally helpful and very nice. Sometimes you can hear the neighbors, but its few and far between. The noise you do hear from the grounds (mowing etc) is worth it. My husband and I are both veterans and college students, we also have jobs as well. This apartment complex is great not only for college students, but for those with families and jobs.
