We have lived here for 2 1/2 years and have been very happy. It's close to everything, great neighborhood, very safe. I don't even feel the need to lock my front door. We live in the upstairs unit and never hear our side neighbors, but can sometimes hear the bass from our downstairs neighbors TV. The grounds are kept very neat, at the expenses of listening to weed wackers, leaf blowers and edgers. But it's tolerable for good houskeeping. Management is nice and accomodating. The light in the bathroom went out, it wasn't the breaker, so I called the office. The maintenance guy was over within an hour to replace the light switch. They are always accomodating when it comes to maintaining the units. Would saty longer, but they don't offer three bedrooms. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

They"re charging $1,000 for units under 1,000 square feet and want you to insure the unit for $50,000! A great place to live...I don't think so Chumley!
