	Been here 8 yrs and seen alot of change. Management is friendly and understanding, and not too strict. maintainence is also friendly. Feels like a safe coomunity here.

	Our first apartment in 35 years, after moving from Michigan. It's great townhouse. Quiet and safe. Kris is an excellent manager and 100% professional. We are extremely pleased with Devonshire Hills.

	needs to be burned. a lot of drug deals going on in the complex that are being overlooked
