I've been a resident for one year and I really liked the property. The apartments are well designed and reasonably furnished--not the highest quality appliances, but fair enough. The location is ok for me, and I've been very happy...at least until Jan when the property management changed.

The new people are rude and they've stopped providing services to residents, like accepting packages while we're out. They are completely unorganized and are losing things and making mistakes about people's conditions. I consider it high risk to live here now and more importantly, it's not fun.
Most of the residents are unhappy with the situation and even mock the new managers and their rather skimpy attire. The service people who used to enjoy coming here (to deliver things or fix things) are being treated badly and while they are still kind to residents, they don't get any support from the new management.

I'm looking for a new place. If you want an apartment, mine will be available soon. It's too bad, because I was happy here and would have written a glowing report just a few months ago. I suppose if you don't care about service and just want a decent room, it's ok, but frankly, at these prices, I expect a little bit of respect and even warmth when I go into the office, and I'd like to receive the common courtesy of having packages kept or messages delivered as appropriate.
