I agree with the majority of reviews

I've lived here over a year and I liked the office staff that was originally here. The new staff is kindof stuffy and not so friendly. The new maintenace men are always in the office when I've come in to read the paper or speak to someone or they are on the property smoking(real attractive). Granted, I don't know what they do all day but it doesn't seem like much. I've had maintenance issues before and always got good service by the older guy. The guy that was here doing maintenance before is still here. He's your best bet for good service.
I do however like that they are planning to remodel and do some painting. The color pink is not so attractive and planning some activities is nice.
It is getting noisier day to day. If you want somewhere that is quiet don't come here.
I have noticed three cars parking in front of the garages also and have had to go downstairs and ask my nieghbors to move on more than one occasion. I can't get out of my garage when they park this way. This used to be a violation of complex rules but I guess it's just another inconenience you live with to be here.
They were running two months free rent to move in and I think they got whatever they could to move in. The quality of the people is getting worse.
And, If you want to talk with the manager, good luck catching her on the property. She's rarely available or at work.
I don't know about the package issue some of the others are talking about in the reviews but I'm not surprised. The less work they have the better I guess.
It's too bad. I would have stayed if the old staff were still here but I'm moving out at the end of my lease.
