I've skimmed the other reviews and they seem right to me.

I'm not a resident, but was thinking about it.

I took a tour and the buildings are pretty good--they are apartments so what can you expect'--but the manager was really unprofessional and just turned me off the place completely.

The sales agent was really nice (blond woman, Laura, I think her name was) and I was about to sign, but I got a really high pressure sales pitch for the manager.

It made me really uncomfortable.

Her whole attitude was unprofessional and strange.

My friend lives there and wanted me to sign up because they had a deal where he got money if I did, but I am not sure.

If I sign up, I'll review later and tell you if it was as bad as people say, but based on these reviews and also on my meeting of the manager, I don't think I will.
