I moved in here a couple of months ago and had previously seen these reviews. When I came out to see the apartments for myself I was very impressed with the way I was treated. They were all very friendly and answered all of my questions. I even asked them about these ratings and they were very professional in responding.

I talked with a couple of the people around the parking lot and they were all very happy with the changes. From what my neighbor tell me the last company was from the 1960's and were very picky on who they liked and didn't like. My upstairs neighbor even said that the last company would charge some people late fees and not everyone...depending on if they were your friend or not. Maybe this person who is complaining is now having to pay their late fee or follow the rules...no more special treatment''

Anyways, I didn't want to put anyone down, only to give a review. I am very happy here. The bbq we had was GREAT!! EVeryone seemed to have a wonderful time.

I have had one issue with noise and it was responded to immediately.


I like the fact that the office staff treats us all equally. I also can see the effort that they are trying to improve our community for us. Can't people look and admit what all the "good" things that this company is doing' Since I have been here there has been a "wine tasting", a community bbq, our buildings are being painted, the clubhouse is being up graded, and the treadmill was replaced. I also was told that the patio furniture is being replaced soon.

If the old management was so good, why did they ever let the pool furniture get that bad and why did the old treadmill have missing buttons and not work properly''
