FOREST H*LL - In response to the last post about this place being a nightmare with the previous management - I was there through both and I can tell you the previous management was heaven compared to the current management.

They are horrible, unprofessional, ageist, tacky and downright rude.

They protect the younger people and discriminate against the older people living here.

I have witnessed this myself and through the way three of my older neighbors were treated.

Complaints or repair requests are not responded to.

If you are in your 20-30's and like to party all night you will probably like it there.

If you work and need to sleep at night or have children that need sleep, this is not the place for you.

I also agree with a previous post that said the 5.0 ratings here are by management posing as tenants.

Those posts contain information known only by management - not tenants and also follow post by corporate management (who by the way doesn't know what really goes on here or doesn't care).

They seem to only care about having a high occupancy rate.

I guess they are not paying attention to the high turnover rate, or perhaps even profit from it by charging tenants for bogus repairs when they move out (I was charged for things that were there when I moved in).

Several previous tenants told me they were charged for wear and tear on the carpets, or stains that were previously there.

This is so they can replace the old carpets at the tenants expense.

Also, I have heard that people are frequently charged for smoke damages from the fireplaces that dont' work properly or were dirty when they moved in.

Just some of the many things to watch out for if you consider moving here.

So this place is an absolute nightmare- worse than ever.

If you llike ageist, discriminatory management taht charges you for their own upgrades, and constant noise and partying, by all means, move here!

So many people were moving out or not renewing their leases at the time I moved out, because they were disgusted with the new management - and the puke color they painted the place.

Everyone I talked to discribed it as ghetto or depressing.

You can now expect management to come onto this site (posing as a tenant) and counter this post with a 5.0 rating, in an effort to keep their ratings up!!!!!
