Rent & Regret it. Then get stress therapy.

This place is so bad that it is almost comical. The office staff are either white trash or have the personality of an eel, short of an eel's intelligence. My husband said they dress like hookers. I never noticed that but I do remember the one staff person wearing her fuzzy slippers into the office!
The parking was ridiculous. At first, there was a horrible problem of not having enough spots. Then, when the new management took over, it got worse. Instead of making the investment to actually create new spots in the many areas between the buildings, they just painted some cheap white lines in really inconvenient places that beg for an accident. Parking was better for a while because a few months after the new management took over, residents were leaving in a mass exodus. After that, all the spots were open. They are starting to fill up again, but not with an element that one would feel safe or relaxed in.
You wouldn't blame people for leaving if you have seen one of the many condescending notices management places on the doors. Lots of demands and exclamations points, as though you are their red-headed step child.
The floor plans look nice and seem nice at first until you realize that the walls and floors are paper-thin. I could actually hear my neighbors talking on the phone. It is really cheap construction and if you move here you will have a lot of bugs coming in from all of the many openings in the walls, from where the construction didn't match up.
Our neighbors were huge rednecks. There are a lot of ghetto people here too. I hate to stereotype, but I don't know how else to describe the living experience here. Do you like lots of bass and partying' Are you a student, but you don't actually want to study' Do you like incompetent management' Then this may be the place for you.
It is a shame this place went downhill so fast because it is a nice location by the paths and freeways, but it was inevitable with the garbage construction job.
What is worse is that we were lied to about the construction. We asked twice and were told twice that the floors are cemented. They most definitely are not. There should be some type of legal punishment for apartment staff lying to people and causing them to go through a horrible experience as a result.
