Cold, but home....

Resident from 12/04 - 11/05.
Sylvan (1-bed w/attached garage).
I never had problem with the management.
The kitchen/bath/laundry room floors were replaced after I moved in and the maintanance guys left stains on the new carpet.
I had some college living upstairs.
They're music was a bit loud at times, but they followed the noise ordinances.
They also gave me there phone number should the music be a bit too loud.
One complaint about the apartment was the lack of "winterizing" on the window.
The heat was on the opposite side of the room from the windows and was constantly running.
The windows are only one pane thick.
