Not a quiet place at all.

If you live on a lower level, my experience so far has been horrible.
I lived in an upper level and it was okay, but the master bedroom window is right next to the neighbors balcony, and if you don't mind cigarette smoke wafting in your open window (if you choose to have it open) and people talking on their cell phones occasionally in the middle of the night, then it's okay.
When I moved to a 1 bedroom beneath a 3 bedroom with several guys (which management basically was not honest with me about the tenants above me before I signed my lease agreement), I have had very little quality sleep.
Nearly every week night I wake up to very loudly squeaking floors right above my bedroom, usually it's anywhere from 1 - 4 am.
I also hear everytime they take a pee, flush their toilet, take a shower etc.
I have had no support from the manager Jennifer, in fact she is personal friends with the guys so has decided to take their side and basically thinks I should put up and shut up.
This would be fine if I could sleep all day to make up for the lack of sleep I am getting because of the noise.
I will be glad when my lease is up in May, I would not recommend this place to anyone but young people who do not need sleep and who do not mind cigarette smoking.
