If This review has any bearing on your apartment hunting experience, then cross Forest Hills off your list. You are better off with a cardboard box and a kick in the pants. This place is managed by a group of individuals that completely redefine the meaning of word incompetence. I've known real crackheads that had their acts together more than these individuals. The women that work here are honestly under the impression that they aren't just apartment staff. They strut around here (even the fat, non-brunette one) in the hoochiest of hoochie gear. There is a, fake-chested, too-old cliche baby's momma (you should see her nastiness at the pool trying to hook a man even after she moved out) setting the example for a useless group of jokes that have no clue just how fake they are. They are all, ??SMOKING" buddies anyway, so they all get along. You should see them all waddling back from their long lunches, red-eyed, and to mention, non-brunette, female dog-like and fat. Some of them get along too well, but when they break up the one that is married and NOT the manager doesn't work here anymore. No loss though, that metro-POS was just useless as the non-brunette is fat.
Now, let's talk about the grounds. This place looks great if you enjoy the sight of brown paint covered in bird droppings. Let's not forget the string of unchecked car break-ins that happened, haven??t' heard much about the break-in that occurred in the "clubhouse" right after a certain manager's late night Super Bowl party. Funny though it wasn't reported until the a couple of days later. Whoever told these people they were better than just over-priced, under-classed inept apartment staff did the rest of us a grave injustice. If you haven't guessed it all ready, I??m truly disgusted with my Forest Hills experience. The only people that I would recommend this place to would their family members, not because they would like it, but to pay them back for not slapping, seriously slapping, these people enough during life. To sum it up, turn around and never look back at Forest Hills, and you might just save yourself the experience of wanting to shake someone like a newborn every time you have to deal with them. I would gives names If I could, believe me.

i live here currently and i would just like to say that that review pretty much is the exact way i feel about these people and this place. our lease is up in a few months and we currently dont have any money to break the lease but if we did out asses would be out of this place by tomorrow if its the last thing we did! i am so glad to see that the truth is getting out on this terrible, disgusting, embarresing staff and "community" to live in.... this in not a community,its more of a prison.

we currently live here and like most have had problems with management. i would take these reviews into consideration before signing a lease!

The whole staff MUST be reported to the BBB, including the owner Horizon Reality in Seattle-"The Better Business Bureau Complaint" ,-. I found the manager in my apartment more than once. I've lost a golden bracelet. They are very racist most of the immigrates left from this horrible place. The manager was extorting money from some Middle Eastern students.. The owner of this property must face criminal charges for hiring these incompetence staff..
