Hello to all you apartment hunters.
I would suggest that you look far far away from the Forest Hill apartments.
The people in the office are completely unprofessional and are never in the office.
I wish you all the luck in actually catching them do their job.
There is one really positive comment on here about how great the maintenance girl is here and how nice the ladies in the office are...Gee, I wonder who wrote that.
Well, if you are looking to apply for an apartment at the Mustang Ranch, then you might be happy here.
The maintenance girl, well how should I say this nicely, she is related to the other large woman in the office who struts around as well...and well...you can tell they are related.
They are horrible maintenance people.
It took months before our reports for repairs were even completed.
The manager is real...well...skanky.
She dresses trashy in the office.
I understand one could be proud to have fake ----- and a decent body after having three kids, but she is constantly on the prowl in very revealing clothing.
You can see her on the prowl or with her latest catch about every other week.
Just look for the $$$ folks.
And mind you, she was dating a gentlemen in the office who was married and happens to live here.
That is someone who you really want to run a professional complex.
Now down to business.
I am sorry that this may sound unprofessional, but welcome to our world.
Our rent for the next round of lease term has gone up $50 a month.
When questioned about the price leap, they said it was based on market value.
Well, if you look at the apartment complexes around here, you can get a two bedroom or a three bedroom for the price that they are charging for a one bedroom apartment.
We have continued to look for a new place and look forward to moving out of this place.
I wish all who are nibbling on their limbs to escape from this place Good Luck.
Look around and you will find things for much lower prices and better quality management.
