I have to say that having been a past tenant, I understand a lot of your frustrations out there in apartment land, it is noisy and there are obnoxious neighbors and the "management" or should I say manaGER is the main culprit as far as being the one people should direct their frustrations at. But since I did live at Forest Hills for awhile and knowing the management, some of the comments I found extremely rude. Especially regarding the "overweight" person in the office - she is probably the hardest worker there, very sweet. Her name is Lorry and the comments made about her were totally wrong. She tries to work with some very inept people, so she is doing the job of about 3 or 4 people, it seems to me. I know, because I dealt with her a lot while I was living there. Some people just want to complain, and I think if she were the manager you would see things running much more smoothly.
If anything, people should be letting the company management know that she should be running the show.
