Where to start...Rude management, drastic rent increases ($400 over 1.5 years), no air conditioning or fireplace in my unit. Couldn't use the second floor during the summer because the temperature was unbearable.

I have severe allergies so I wasn't able to use my back deck because the area was constantly covered in spiders. No matter how many times I sprayed. My unit backed up to the standing water area near the freeway so I also had to deal with mosquitoes.

They offer ??perks?? if you sign a lease. The items are ridiculous. Choices include a ceiling fan in your dining area (of course they keep it when you move out), one wall painted off-white, or an updated faucet??something that needed to be updated anyway.

When it came time to move out??I worked my butt off to ensure I got my deposit back. Tasks included having my carpets cleaned, scrubbing my oven and refrigerator, wiping out cupboards, etc. Didn??t get ANY money back. In fact, they said I owed them money and proceeded to come up with items like ??cleaning oven, cleaning refrigerator, etc.?? When I discussed with them that I had already cleaned the items mentioned I was told they ??always?? charge for cleaning standard items.

Parking' Dark, scary, and VERY limited.

Run??don??t walk away from this ugly baby poop brown complex.
