I lived in Forest Hills for one year and recently moved out.
The apartments are nice but overpriced, and the management and maintenance may be worse than the posted comments.
When I moved to my new apartment, the dishwasher was broken.
I talked to the office and a day later it was fixed.
When things needed to be fixed at Forest Hills, not only did nothing get fixed, but I was treated like crap each and every time I walked into the office to ask for help.

The whole staff of of Forest Hills and the owner are absolutely a nightmare.. I was terrorized, my safety was in jeopardy, my car was towed away more than three times. I was called names with all kinds of racial slurs.. I found the manager Ms. Mingo in my apartment more than once. Consequently I've lost a golden bracelet that worth more than $1000.00. It was given to me by my mom who's dead now.. I was harassed, terrorized and mortified by Ms. Mingo, and her assistant manager Lorry Wells. Both colluded with a Korian's neighbor to make my life a living hell. They let their boys play ball and hit my window, hide and ambushed at me at night when I go for a walk. Following, screaming and yelling when I, walk, come home, or drive by. Finally Ms. Mingo refused to renew my lease. it was no cause eviction... |
