I reside at forest hills, as well as a few other of my co-workers and we have all had a very good experience here. The manager was very helpful getting us all into our apartments. My apartment is over looking the courtyard, and I have to say that this is the quietest community that i have ever lived in, and that is saying a lot since I travel regularly with my company.

Everyone seems to be very nice and professional. No complaints from me.

I know few residents who were living there because of this company contracted with Forest Hills Apt. More five of them were complaining to me how terrible the manager Ms. Mingo and her assistant manager Ms. Wells had treated them. With disdain and discriminatory behavior. One couple was given the third floor apt. They had two little children. The couple was ---- black from North Africa. The woman kept complaining how difficult was to carry her two little children up stairs and lift up the strollar too every time she needed to get out. Finally after living there for a while, she requested to be moved to a first floor apt. I checked the disagree box. How come you changed it to 5.when I'm stating all the negative treatment of the residents who were moved in by the same company..I would like an answer for this cheating score. just like my first evalution of Forest Hills Apt. I gave it 1, then I checked it again to find my score was changed to 3..
