We have lived at Forest Hills for two years now.

The first year had some real downers, the maintence was horrible, we had loud rude neighbors, and the management was horrible.

We moved into a different apartment at Forest Hills this year and it has been almost perfect.

The new maintence guy is awesome, he takes care of the problems quick and nicely.

The management seems to be alot better also.

Only complaint we have this year is the occasional noise coming from the neighbors above us, but that is almost avoidable in any aparment and much better than many of my friends apartments at other rentals.
