I lived at Forest Hills for about 4 months, the floor plan was nice, the office staff and maintenance crew great HOWEVER, the units are right next to a busy beltway so you hear traffic noise all the time.

Also, very poor soundproofing between units, I could hear phones ringing, drawers being opened and closed, alarm clock going off and parking spaces were not big enough.
