The parking is horrible, people are always parking in no parking zones so coming around corner in the parking lot is often an accident waiting to happen. We had ants in our apartment about every 3months, pest control came each time but the ants would usually come back in about 3 months. If you live under someone be prepared to not sleep, study, or relax because you will hear their every move. The management would send out newsletters stating to tell them if you see people parking illegally or not picking up after their animals, but if you did tell them ------ would tell you your name is now going to go on the nark list. The prices are high, one could easily rent a house for what it costs to rent any of the townhomes. One thing I liked about the apartments was the location and the bike paths. The maintence people were however nice and always good to us.

Be glad you only had ants, ours was infested with flea's. we had no pets and had never had any pets prior to moving in. The exterminator came in once and they weren't gone. Instead of having them come again they suggested "spray yourself with raid everytime you come in from outside because they are coming from the landscaping bark" When i informed them that I didn't pay 1200 a month to spray myself with a toxic chemical and to fix it immediatly and called corporate it was finally resolved. I must admit from there on out life at that place was hell! I too would say avoid it!

I totally agree with both assessments. I lived there for a few months doing a health care contract. The parking spots are too small so you have to be very careful to park exactly in the center and open your doors slowly. You were so right about the soundproofing. It's sad but there isn't anything the apt will be able to do about that problem. They would have to replace the walls and they won't do that. Ain't greed great!!!

I have to disagree, I love my apartment! I have lived here for two years and it's beautiful. I love the pool and spa and walking trails. I haven't had any problems. The parking can be difficult for guests, but it's that way at every apartment community.
