The grounds are very nice. The mgmt is ok but they are pricing themselves to high for rent. The only reason the rent is so high is because of the neighborhood we are in. Walls are paper thin and you can hear conversations and any major bumplike a door slams downstairs and actually feels like a jarring earthquake. No air conditioning in most units so gets exptremely hot and stuffy in the summer. Parking is a bit better. Noise still goes on past 10pm. Too many pets also. Dogs feces are a constant site.
