I have lived here for almost 6 years, and I have to say, this place is great! It's quiet and clean, and the new management is awesome -- they have always fixed any issue I had really fast. The old managers weren't very good, but it's improved leaps and bounds since about a year ago. It's maybe a little more expensive than the other properties in the area, but you get what you pay for -- I would rather pay the extra $50 a month to have a clean pool, a clean gym, management I can trust and who take care of me than have a lower monthly rent and hate the place I live. Apparently i'm not the only one either, because they seem to be turning people away all the time because they don't have any open apartments. It's also in a really nice area of town, and the fact that it's close to everything really makes a difference. I would and have highly recommended them to anyone looking for an apartment. The only complaints I have heard anyone have are the kinds of things one should expect in any kind of apartment living -- you can hear your upstairs neighbors walking around,
