I recently sold my home and am looking forward to having someone else be in charge of the maintence and up-keep.

But, as I entered the office no one would even ackknoledge that I had entered or stop their conversation with each other.

I finally had to ask if someone could help me.

A young man asked what I wanted'

I let him know that I was interested in renting and could I please see what would be available over the next 2 months.

His only answer was they dont show apartments but I could view them on the wall.

My point is that if they care so little as to extend any curtosity to a potential renter that I am sure that you can expect worse treatment once you live there.

It is to bad that they have such non caring personal showing their facility.

Welcome to the new assistant manager, ----. Very rude. I've been here 3 years and never was it this bad until about a year ago. For those of us who follow the rules here, we are labeled as "complainers" or "difficult residents" when we call to voice concerns with loud noise at 2am or someone parking so we can't get out of our garages. This place has gone to the dogs.

I absolutely agree! I lived there for 2 years and every year my rent went up! Plus, we were force to start paying our own sewage, electricity for our building unit and whatever else they wanted to put in. So, here I am on social security, trying to raise a teenage daughter and I am paying $975 a month for a 2 bd, 1 bh! I gave them 30 days notice that I was moving, due to family emergency & the charged all kinds of fees and I probably still owe them $1200 for breaking the lease. It used to be very nice until ---- came along. He's an ---!
