700sq ft for OVER $800! Very unprofessional. Rude staff, noisy neighbors, no security, theft. Car was broken into 10ft infront of my door while I took my dog for a walk. People in pool at 4AM screaming and drunk. Awful place to live. $600 dollar deposit ontop of all other move in fees for ANY animal. Broken washer, maintenance refused to fix until we moved out.
