We got this place about a week before moving to Eugene; it was the only place available so it could have turned out very bad. But it turned out very good. Very clean, with a nice back porch area. Our ceiling fan didn't work and they replaced it within just a few days. Later our dishwasher went out and they took care of that promptly, too. Manager is nice, too.

We lived there for about 6 months and liked it. When we left we quickly got all our deposit back, except for a standard $70 or so for carpet cleaning.

No problems with the neighbors, except that we could hear the little boy upstairs running and jumping around.
