I would tell anyone even considering moving into Fountain Villa to think twice. At first it seemed great. When we first moved in we loved it. The management was wonderful, the pool, the rec room, the extra storage space. Then they got new management and we are very unhappy with the change. The new manager is highly insensitive and not very friendly. To make matters worse, they took away the storage space, made us get rid of a perfectly good barbecue, and RAISED our rent!! Instead of compensating us for the loss of space, they increased our monthly rent!! We were outraged and needless to say we are moving out ASAP. The noise level in this complex is outrageous as well. There is never a quiet moment. I have to say to anyone considering this complex to look elsewhere.
