This is the worst place I have EVER rented. The apartments are cheaply put together. The carpet is extremely worn down and should have been replaced before I moved in. The miniblinds were covered in dust, the oven hadn't been cleaned, and the toilet was gross. They dont properly prepare for new tenants. YUK!!!!

Yes,I read the review you wrote before I went there - but I wanted the location on Coburg Road. When I went to view a vacant apartment it was impressive! New carpet, very, very clean, new appliances - not what I expected. Their selection criteria was fair and it's nice to know I will have good, quiet neighbors because of it. The manager, George, has been there for over a year now, and said they regularly update their vacancies and respond very quickly to maintenance requests. I found this to be true, because after I moved in I lost my keys at the gym and they came over the same day and installed new locks - and didn't charge me!
