I have lived here for a number of years. The rent does not get raised every month, and I have been on a month to month lease the entire time. Noise is minimal, the staff is friendly and responsive to your needs. Previous postings sound like renters that we wouldn't want in the complex anyway. Good luck with your next apartment. I'll continue enjoying Fountain Villa for maintaining integrity in their leasing standards.
