Great Place From: Andy987 Date posted: 1/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   This is a very well-managed complex. As such, it is a quiet, safe place to live. If you are a trouble-maker or like to be annoying to your neighbors....find another place. Regarding lack of dishwashers, management DOES allow portable dishwashers. Regarding single-pane, poorly insulated windows that cause mold problems...well, when life is a bowl of cherries there is bound to be a pit or two especially with the low rents here.
