I signed a lease and saved only $10 a month. The apartment complex does not offer much. You have a quaint little "workout" facility, which consists of broken down old machines. The exterior of the apartment complex looks rundown, kind of shabby. The interior is blah, but a little spacious. I had numerous problems with my dishwasher, which seemed to put more food on my plates than take them off. I had the repair man over a few times, and he never could fix the problem. For the price though, you really cannot complain. The bedrooms were adequate and so was the bathroom. I just wish that the staff was easier to get a hold of, and could fix the problems that arose.
