I lived here with my boyfriend as my first apt. The lady beneath us was awful. She screamed at us the first day we were moving in and said we were dropping our belongings and making the pictures rattle off her wall. There were other issues with her, and she wanted the management to give us a 24 hour notice. I managed to stay there for my whole 6 month lease, but moved out right away. The landlord came over to me and apologized the day I was moving out for siding with the lady who lived beneath me on issues. Apparently, she stopped payment on her last rent check and totally trashed the place when she moved out. Even tho the apology was nice, we were still treated incredibly unfair for being students, and the drama the lady caused was not worth it. I think the neighbor lady also took the gas out of my car, but that could have been anyones doing. Annoying, nonetheless.
