I live in Glen brook for more than two years. My experience is not good. First of all the neighbors downstairs are very hostile. Rude, obnoxious and simply not fit to live with civility & harmony

Second the Maintenance man is very rude. He doesn't like to fix any thing. He always blames you for every small thing. He is there to find any excuse not to help. He wouldn t change broken appliance or fix garbage disposer.

I feel I paying rent for nothing. No good services when it comes to my request of changing old appliance. He told me to buy my one instead. He fights with me every time I need some thing to be fixed in the apartment.. I ve never had such bad services when it comes to renting apartment. Most of the times, I get my requested honored. By replacing the dishwasher when it didn t work, and fix the problem. The maintenance is very poor workmanship..
