I rent the 1 bedroom, 1 bath. 1 bedroom unit has slider, kitchen window and bedroom window that are aluminum not vinyl. Because they are aluminum and very possibly because of the lack of windows, mold is a constant battle. To the point of being asked to open your storm and interior window about 2 inches year round. Easy access for bad guys on ground floor. Ceiling heat is very strong. Nice stove and fridge. Loud dishwasher. Some areas have ample parking and in some areas of the complex you are fighting for the last spot at 6:30 pm. Over 25 feet of closet space (by far the most I?ve ever seen). Fairly quick maintenance team. Just sold to another owner as of March 1, 2004. All white interior with dark brown fir cabinets. Good kitchen storage. Not so good in bathroom; just one undersink cabinet. Tile backsplash in kitchen and behind bathroom sink and tile tub surround. Average water pressure in 1st floor unit. Smoking is allowed in all units, so bring your nose to doublecheck if that matters to you. Outlets in my unit need replacement. Still holds the plugs in place but barely.
