Live here if you want your rent to increase as much as Oregon state law allows. Heritage Villiage will raise your rent if you are in a lease or not in a lease. Don't play their games, they will tell you that if you don't renew your lease your rent will increase, they will increase your rent anyway. These apartments aren't worth the amount of rent that they are asking for, they're very old. This place is a joke.
