The rent increased after my year lease was up, I've seen and heard people arguing late at night and even getting arrested, a lot of the neighbors in my section are older and are very unfriendly/rude/, tenant downstairs complained to manager about my noise level the first week I moved in. The front of the grounds look fairly nice but the grounds you cant easily see look terrible, the grass unkempt and dry, apartments looks a little shabby even though maintenance spent all day to fix two floorboards in our deck and left screws still sticking up. Management also went so far as to warn tenants that they will be fining anyone who puts recycling and/or trash in the wrong bins $25 and added 'yes, we will find out whoever does it' and fine you at the end of their newsletter on the subject. Nice, huh'
