Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I have lived here for two years now...the first year was with the old management...2nd year with the new management. The first year I didn't get any rent increases (I am on a month to month); since the new people came, EVERY six months I have gotten a rent increase, in $20 incriments. This place is --------, expect a rent increase every six months! I am paying $60 more a month, than when I moved in...and that's a lot for one person! Also, there is a definate mold problem here
