I have only been living here a month, and am stuck here for another 5!!! Can't wait to get out. Within the first hours, our garbage disposal had broken down, so they came and fixed it. The next week it broke again. So they came and fixed it again and we got a phone call that made my room mate and myself sound like 2 year olds being punished. This morning while putting oatmeal down the dispoal it stopped working again. I think it's time for A NEW ONE! Also the toilet seat has fallen off, the bath tub was painted to cover up warn out spots, mold is growig behind the toilet, and the apartment came with lead paints warninging, You pay the same amont of rent for an upstiars apartment as for a downstairs but get no balcony or place to sit outside. Pretty much cant wait to get out of here and wish we would have shopped around more!
