I've lived here for 1 1/2 years. The rent does increase when you renew your lease. What else would you expect' Seriously' It's called inflation people. Deal with it. My rent went up $15 a month for a 1 BR apt. Not exactly breaking the bank. Parking is fine... at least in my area of the apartments. I've never seen a homeless person here. My neighbors are quiet as a mouse. The maintenance has always been prompt and helpful. I am forced to assume that i either live in the one good section of these apartments or the naysayers that post on this site have had unlucky experiences.
